What is the time commitment?

  • 75 minutes per week for 4 weeks (the sessions)

  • 10-15 minutes/day for near-daily practice for 5-6 weeks (the “set it and befriend it” rituals, which are set into motion and then activate for you during dreamtime)

  • Reflection and Journaling time (occasional, varies by person): Plan for 30 minutes here and there throughout the 6 weeks.

  • Spacious relaxation and restoration and dreaming: Timeless :-)

    What do I already need to know?

    If you have a beginning-intermediate level understanding of the language of astrology (signs, planets, houses, etc.) OR if you’ve received an astrology reading with Alyson, you are welcome to join in. :-)

    When do we begin?

  • The program runs on lunar time. . . by the phases of the moon.

  • We can begin near any quarter point: New moon, 1st quater, full moon, or 4th quarter moon. (Week 1 is preparation/intention-setting/dream-seed planting; Week’s 2 - 5 are themed with each week’s moon phase; Week 6 is culmination/integration/rest.
