🌿 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
48 hours: You are welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the beginning of your scheduled session time by emailing Alyson at alyson@greenestar.co. (24 hours prior is acceptable, but 48 hours is preferred.)
Less than 24 hours (unless you are ill):
Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (for any reason other than illness) may be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows: No-show sessions will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
🌿 How Payments Work
Payment is due on the day of your session.
Secure and confidential payment info.:
After your first payment, the payment processor (Stripe) will encrypt and save your payment information. Alyson is unable to view this confidential information.
Convenience - 2 Methods
Auto-pay: For future sessions, Alyson can request that Stipe charge your same payment method.
Payment links: Or, if you prefer, Alyson can send you a payment link for each session.
🌿 Processing Fee (Stripe)
Stripe charges a small fee for each debit/credit card transaction (2.9% + $0.30), so you will see this amount added to your invoice or auto-pay charge.
Example: A payment of $100 would have an additional $3.30 charge, which includes $2.90 + $.30 + $.10 (to cover the 2.9% Stripe charges on the fee itself).
Note: If this Stripe fee is not accessible for you, you may request a sliding-scale session rate.
🌿 Scope of Practice
Greene Star Financial Healing offers financial coaching, money/budget coaching (focused on the YNAB method), and financial healing (in the context of coaching).
We do not offer psychotherapy, tax accounting, or investment-advising services.
